Am eternally grateful to my parents and teachers, in particular Mike Hodgkiss and Tom Barlow and close friends for their support and encouragement. Big thanks to Staffordshire Council for having the faith to send a poor boy from Stoke to music conservatoire on bursary.
The effect of music on my life has been positive and truly wonderful. Without the opportunities I had those effects would have never been. I hope society will cherish music education and that other boys and girls today have the same incredible opportunities I've had. Thank you.
